Catering
All meats and sides come in 5 lb. catering trays. Each tray can serve 5 to 10 people, depending on portioning and selection. For reference, allocate ½ to ¾ lb. of meat and ¾ to 1 lb. of sides per person. Catering orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance for pickup Restrictions may apply.
