Walk-through
Visit the space, meet your coordinator. Walk through layout, timing, AV, dietary needs.
Quote
Tailored quote within 48 hours of the walk-through. Locked in with deposit.
Finalize
Menu, timing, head count, special touches — locked 72 hours before the event.
Execute
On the night, your coordinator runs the show. You enjoy the toast.

Client entertaining, sales kickoffs, board dinners, holiday parties, year-end celebrations. Built-in AV, dedicated host, invoice billing.
Weddings & Receptions
Rehearsal dinners, receptions, farewell brunches, full-buyout celebrations. Personal touches and dietary accommodations welcome.
Milestone Celebrations
Big birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, reunions. We do place cards, signage, and BYO cake ($10 plating).
Product Launches
Reveal nights, press events, partner appreciation. Open bar service, branded menus, custom AV — we'll build to brief.

25% on booking, balance day-of. Card or corporate invoice.
