Rewards FAQs
Who can join Leblon Rewards?
You must be at least 18 years old to join. You’ll get a text to verify your phone number to complete signup — your phone number is your loyalty member ID, so don’t skip this step.
Will I earn a reward after every visit?
You earn a reward after your first and second qualifying visits, up to 2 per membership year.
What counts as a qualifying visit?
Spend $15 or more before taxes and gratuity — at the bar or in the dining room. You don’t have to be the one who pays the check for your visit to count.
When is my rewards anniversary?
Your anniversary is one year after you join. Each year, your First and Second Visit Rewards reset for the upcoming year. Any unexpired rewards from the previous year remain valid.
How many rewards can I redeem per visit?
Do rewards expire?
Yes — rewards must be redeemed within 4 months from your last visit. Refer to your reward email for expiration details and terms.
Are there dates rewards can't be redeemed?
Rewards cannot be redeemed on holidays including New Year’s, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.
What if I forget to give my phone number?
Enter your number from the receipt within 10 days of your visit to claim it.
Can the program change or be discontinued?
Yes. The Leblon Rewards program is subject to change or discontinuation at any time at Leblon’s discretion — structure, benefits, earning and redemption rules, and eligibility may be modified, suspended, or terminated without prior notice.
