Frequently asked questions
You must be at least 18 years old to join Leblon Rewards. You’ll get a text to verify your phone number to complete the signup process. Your phone number will be your loyalty member ID so don’t skip this step!
Beginning 2/25/2025, you will earn a reward after your first and second qualifying visits, up to 2 per membership year.
Your Leblon Rewards Anniversary takes place 1 year after you have joined Leblon Rewards. Each year on the anniversary of joining Leblon Rewards, your Visit Rewards will reset for the upcoming year, allowing you to earn First and Second Visit Rewards again. Any Visit rewards from the previous year that have not yet expired will remain valid. Please note, the reset applies only to the First and Second Visit Rewards.
Limit one reward per visit, even if you have multiple rewards available. Or, if you visit with a group. One offer valid per table, per visit. Not valid with any other offer, promotion or discount.
Spend $15 or more before taxes and gratuity for the visit to qualify, either at the bar or in the dining room. You do not have to pay for the check for your visit to count in the program.
Yes. Rewards must be redeemed prior to expiration, which 4 months from last visit. Please refer to your reward email for expiration details and any other terms and conditions.
Rewards cannot be redeemed on holidays such as New Years, Valentines, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Years Eve.

When you visit Leblon, please provide the server with the phone number associated with your Leblon Rewards account. The server will redeem your reward.
Yes, the Leblon Rewards program is subject to change or discontinuation at any time at the discretion of Leblon. This means that the structure, benefits, earning and redemption rules, and eligibility requirements may be modified, suspended, or terminated without prior notice.
