How Rodízio Works
In rodízio service, you don’t order from a menu — Gaucho chefs roam the room and carve directly at your table. You control the pace with a simple two-sided disc.
Start at the salad bar, sip a Caipirinha, then flip your disc to green. Stop when you’re ready. Restart when you’re hungry again.
The green side signals the Gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling fire-roasted meats to carve at your table. Enjoy as many cuts as you desire.

The Fine Print
Salad bar, traditional sides, and all 10+ meat selections are included in the rodízio price. Wine, cocktails, and dessert are à la carte.
An 18% gratuity is automatically added to parties of five or more. Personalized service is part of the experience — the gauchos work hard for it.
Cuts are served medium-rare by default. Want medium or well-done? Just tell your gaucho. For allergens or dietary needs, ask any team member — we work with restrictions on every visit.
$28 lunch service runs Monday through Friday. Dinner ($49) is served Tuesday through Sunday. Closed Monday for dinner.
