Leblon is a traditional Brazilian rodízio-style steakhouse serving unlimited cuts of meat. You don’t order from a menu or serve yourself from a buffet — instead, gaucho chefs roam the room and carve an assortment of seasoned meats tableside for you to pick and choose from.

How does the two-sided disc work?

Each guest gets a disc. Green signals the gauchos to bring skewers of fire-roasted meat to carve at your table. Red signals a pause. Flip back to green whenever you’re ready for more.

How are the meats cooked?

Over an open flame with natural wood charcoal, slowly spin-roasted to perfection and seasoned simply. We cut thin for tenderness and maximum flavor. Cuts arrive medium-rare by default — request medium or well-done anytime.
